Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental United States. Orders under $50 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $7.95.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (additional fee calculated at checkout)
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available in select areas, calculated at checkout)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or holidays.

 

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Carriers

We ship via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier is selected based on your location and the size of your order.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

 

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

 

Damages & Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at team@excelsisdesign.com with your order number and photos of the damage (if applicable). We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Address Changes & Order Updates

If you need to update your shipping address or make changes to your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes after your order has been processed.
