Returns
We want you to love your Excelsis Design purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.
- To start a return, please contact us at team@excelsisdesign.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company before contacting us.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at team@excelsisdesign.com with your order number and details.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item(s) and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
